There is nobody that chats shite in their head more than me at times!!! And this is a must have for anyone who overthinks and puts themselves down, worries about everything etc. this ritual gives enormous peace and brings stability to an overactive mind. It is one of my key rituals as I navigate through serious PTSD (diagnosed) and intense overthinking. I am also quite sensitive and do pick up others’ thoughts and feelings and sometimes it’s hard to know AM I overthinking or IS there actual reason behind my thoughts I.e. ill intentions from others. This potion massively helps sort this and puts me back on balance.
